Our client, a famous company in the Real Estate sector is looking for an Administrative officer to help on the daily management of the company

Your tasks:

  • Day-to-day secretarial support and administration
  • Daily encoding
  • Manage the contracts: record lease rentals, extend contracts, price quotations, index renewal, etc.
  • Contacts with the owners and tenants : phone & mail correspondence
  • Files/ projects and issues/questions follow up

You profile:

  • You have an administrative background
  • You are precise & meticulous
  • You are attracted by the real estate. An experience in that field is a plus
  • You speak French perfectly, English is an asset
  • You are flexible, organized & assertive
