Our client, a leading company in IT & Finance is actively looking for a Business Manager to reinforce its team and extend its business

Your tasks:

• You will maintain and develop good relations with existing clients
• You bring new ideas and strategies to facilitate the prospection of new clients
• You make sure that the company is on track to meet its financial goals
• You develop and implement budgets and ensure the department complies with company policies
• You collaborate with other department and extend your network with interactions, events and visits
• You motivate your team through incentives and positive feedback

Your profile:

• You speak fluently English and French,  Dutch is an asset
• A previous experience in a similar function is an asset
• You are sales and result driven
• You are motivated and flexible
• You possess strong organizational, communication and listening skills
• A good understanding of the market of Oracle and SAP is a plus

Our offer:
