HR Partner – Amsterdam


Our client, an international leading company in the Banking sector, is looking for a HR Partner to join its team in Amsterdam

Your tasks:

  • You communicate trends, market intelligence insights and provide proactive recruitment guidance
  • You are a subject matter expert in recruitment with clear understanding of the global recruitment process and policy
  • You are in charge of the full lifecycle recruitment activities
  • You source and identify talent through different channels
  • You advise and bring improvements to the local sourcing strategy and pipeline
  • You update and post jobs, conduct first round interview, intake meetings, interview debriefs, and review assessments
  • You provide feedback on candidates and influence on hiring decisions

You profile:

  • You posses Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
  • You have 4 years of recruiting experience including direct sourcing (headhunting, developing talent pools, engaging with passive talent)
  • You speak Dutch & English fluently, a third European Language is an asset (French and/or German)
  • You possess excellent communication & negotiation skills, develop & manage relationships easily
  • You are able to work in a high volume environment, handle multiple tasks, and prioritize accordingly
  • Solutions-oriented and Problem-solving, you ave a passion for service
