IT Business Unit Manager

Our client, an innovative IT Company is looking for an IT Business Manager for the Belgian and Luxemburg Market.

Your tasks:

  • You manage your sales team and provide leadership in order to achieve a maximum profitability
  • You represent the team and ensure the Network Security department is exceeding expectations
  • Managing the workforce by making decisions on workload and setting priorities for the team
  • You improve and contribute to the strategic sales objectives and manage team effectiveness.
  • You manage the development of your team, you recruit and train; coach and feedback, you set goals and manage performance
  • You are responsible to motivates the sales teams to reach sales goals and deliver results
  • You maintain senior level relationships & communication with customers & suppliers
  • You can make solid decisions on strategy & direction
  • You implement effective & practical techniques to solve problems

You profile:

  • Your speak Dutch fluently, English & French are a must
  • A minimum of seven years in Sales Management/Business Development/Account Management role in a IT sector
  • You posses excellent communication skills and team management experience with a good ability to build strong relationships
  • You have an excellent understanding of the IT Network Security sector and Belgian-Luxemburg market
  • Hardworker, you are motivated with a proactive approach & target driven
