Our client, an international leader in Finance Services is looking for a Medior Client Manager to join its team in Brussels

Your tasks:

• You identify customer needs and develop new business
• You renegotiate contract terms with clients
• You build strong business relationships with key influencers
• You offer regular account and business reviews
• You provide service to customers & perform customer visits in order to respond to the customer requests and needs
• You track and evaluate results of all major activities with key accounts,
• You collaborate with Operations and Services teams

Your profile:

• You have a previous experience in a similar account management position
• You possess advisory and instructive skills toward collaborators and customers
• You are confident and comfortable in building relations of trust based on own credibility and expertise
• Team player you are also able to work independently
• You can take right decision making by collecting essential and accurate information
