Our  client, an innovative national company in the Construction & Architecture sector is looking for an Office Manager to join its team (Flemish Brabant)

Your tasks:

  • Support on daily office management
  • Help the HR team in its administrative work
  • Assist the finance department on the budget  & other finance requests
  • Be in charge of invoices, payroll & compensation admin
  • Develop administrative relationship with all clients &  service providers
  • Responsible of the business database maintenance

Your profile:

  • You hold a Bachelor’s Degree
  • You speak Dutch FLUENTLY and French
  • A previous experience in office management is a strong asset
  • Your are flexible, proactive with excellent organizational and communication skills
  • You are autonomous & proactive with an Entrepreneurship mindset
