Our client, a leader in the world of Real Estate, is looking for a Project Manager to join its team
Your tasks:
- Create and execute design in collaboration with architects & decorators
- Manage the interior refurbishment projects
- Prepare, supervise and control the budget following the architects specifications
- Organize the tendering procedure with analyzing and comparing of the offers
- In charge of planning and manage the provisional and final acceptance of the works
- Contract negotiation & Legal follow-up
Your profile:
- French native, you speak Dutch & English with a professional level
- You have master’s degree in Architecture and/or Civil Engineering
- A previous experience (5-10 years) is required
- Rigorous & solution minded, you possess excellent organizational skills
- An experience in negotiating and project planning is a strong asset
- You are passionate by design & have on eye on details
- Flexible, people oriented & team player, you are able to work independently
